False advertising

An advert from Makro online showed a 3l capacity whistle kettle for R200. I bought 3 of these kettles from them at R600. When I received the kettles, they were very tiny and could not even hold 2l of water to boil. I contacted Macro and eventually got them to refund me after having to wait for their supplier to investigate the matter (I did not buy it from their supplier and the advert was not from their supplier, so why must the supplier now decide to refund or not?) Macro informed me that I will be refunded for the purchase. I was refunded for only one kettle in the amount of R200. I wrote a response to the person I had dealt with from Makro customer care (the 5 person handeling my issue) and he is yet to get back to me as to why I am only refunded R200 instead of R600. This is false advertising and very misleading. And on Makro`s part very bad to service
