FALSE ADVERTISING!
Imagine my delight to be given a payment holiday as advertised by Makro/RCS to now discover the payment I made on 10 January 2018 is considered a payment for December 2017???? I called the contact centre today and the agent has the nerve to condescend on me as a loyal customer for 5 years I did not know their books closed on the 10th of each month? Do I look like someone that works in your account department? Your statement notes the 1st of the month. And now they expect me to make another payment or else it will adversely affect my credit rating, what ******* is this. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Well I will work towards closing my accounts and letting all know the **** RCS/MAKRO runs.

FIRST THEY WANT PROOF OF PAYMENT, I SENT IT THEN THEY WANT ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS. I AM AT THE END OF MY TETHER. SORT MY GOD DAMN ACCOUNT OUT
