False advertising

I bought 2 Addis roughtote 68L online during the black Friday sale which was going with the free 30L of the same product. But the free product was not delivered. I have called and they said i must send someone to fetch it but i have sent 2 people there already (when the 1st one went she was told that the manager is in a meeting and the 2nd one was told that it is going to take them an hour to give him these things *imagine*) and again in one of my many calls, they said they were going to deliver, till today. I have emailed again and again but they are ignoring my emails.
