False Advertising

I went to Makro Milnerton last night and went to go buy the 2 x 5kg chicken as advertised on their R100 sale pamplet. To our surprise the box stated that its mixed portions but the but a small label indicates that it only breast and thighs, reproached a worker who was not willing to listen to us when we explained this to him was tooo in a hurry to clock out and not assist a customer in need. Where has the customer service gone. After 20 min of standing and waiting on assistance a lady passed very friendly that assisted us, She went to call the manager and even waited with us whiles we were waiting the manager. When the manager arrived no effort blamed the supplier for delivering the wrong goods. Once again no service. Who accepts the goods when its delivered> who signed for the on the proof of delivery what did they sign for if the order states mixed portions and breast and thighs are being delivered. How offend does this happen and they just turn a blind eye.

I always thought highly of Makro untill last night. Your service is in the mud really
