False advertising

I was browing Makro website cs i wanted to purchase a black extractor for a Defy stove and on the features the black one specified that it didnt have a filter but the silver specified that it had all the filter, so i ended up purchasing the silver one ven though it wasnt my ideal colour but because i did not want to pay extra for a filter. Little did i know that was false advertising because when they came to install the extractor it doesnt have a single filter which really annoys me because i am stuck with a colout i didnt not intend on buying and still need to purchase a filter for it which at the moment i cannot get anywhere. Is it really necessary to lie to your consumers ? why not tell the truth at once so that we can be able to make informed decisions. I buy a lot from Makro for years not but now i am very sceptical of buying anymore because i will be **** to again!
