False advertising

Good morning. I have been a loyal customer of Makro for years. For the first time I am disappointed with Makro. I went online to purchase the slim line jojo tank. But noticed that the free delivery which is offered on this product was not working. I then went into store and was told that although it says free delivery that yourll don't honor this service. I had to pay the store for delivery. It's really disappointing... Please can you sort this issue out. I feel as tho I did get ******. Thanking you A very unhappy customer.
