I;m so disappointed at Makro. I purchase a 4 Plate defy stove 621 online. It was on promotion for the amount of R 3 999. The total amount appeared to be R 4 244 incl delvery. On my side the order was proccessed successfully and I was given an Order number MAK915693. I chose to make an EFT payment instant payment. The amount was not taken until today. I called to check the status of the order and to find out why the amount has not yet been taken. I was advised to do a reorder as my order is not reflecting on the system. I tried to reorder first the price has gone up to R 4 799 and secondly there is no option to make an instant EFT payment using capitec as it appeared the previous day. I tried making payment using credit card and it gives an error that " a transaction was not successful. I always do an online purchase and never had a problem.
