false adverting and online system not user friendly

I am disappointed on the false information they gave me. I bought a Defy washing machine online which was on a promotion for R3999 which includes 2 free Bath sheet which was advertised. When I added the bath sheet and washing machine on the cart the money reflected on the total was not R3999 but it was more because it added the bath sheet and the washing machine. I went back and selected only the washing machine, then I called on 27/09/2019 to explain to the call centre agent my situation and she told me that the washing machine will be delivered with the bath sheet but on the day of the delivery the bath sheet where not delivered. I called again on the 30/09/2019 and now it was a different situation they told me that i should have selected the cart in a certain way, the system is not user friendly and it charges more instead of subtracting the bath sheet and still adds the money on top. The stuff where not even aware of the issue and told me I wont get the bath sheet I am really disappointed of such a big store. I feel its a false advertising because you say something is free but when you try to buy online you don't the freebies that they are mentioning.
