False advatising
I bought Refrigerator from Strubens valley makro on the 21.09.2024 3.1% discount was promised to me as token of appreciation as new store card holder then it was said I'll see discount on my statement but nothing when I call the the store they send me to head office, head office send me back to the store after a long pillar to post situation I called customer care they promised to send enquiry to date no discount granted to me.
