Failure to resolve missing order by Makro

I have an order that was delivered incomplete on the 19th of July. I have contacted Makro 4 times asking them to resolve this issue and customer service keep telling me they have escalated with the store and the store is not responding. Pathetic. Why should the customer be held responsible for dispatch/ courier incompetence!
