Failure To Refund Customer

I ordered something fro their website checked out made payment and everything was okay. The following week I got an email saying my order was cancelled and had to give them a call for them to explain that there no stock available and they'll start with the refund proceedings which would take 7 - 14 days.

It's been over a month without any communication or refund payed back
