Failure to refund

I purchased a mouse end of May 2023 online so i can pick it up at Makro centurion unfortunately the system told me i need to pick it up at woodmead which is far from me. I asked it be moved to centurion they did not budge. I then asked for a refund to no avail till today i have not been refunded every other employee pretends to be helping then disappear to thin air.
