Failure to refund

At the end of July 2024 , I ordered some stuff online with Makro .I remember that I was very impressed with how effecient they were and even with the deliveries , There was one product that they did not have stock of and I received an email to say that I will receive my refund in 10 days , Well its nearly 3 months later and I am still waiting on this refund , I know its not a lot of money but it is mine and i would like to have it back in my account ass promised, I attempted to have this sorted out on several occasions with Makro staff insisting that I received the refund, I have send my bank statement a few time as proof that I did not, Am I getting my refund that is owed to me after this review, I dont know but what I do know is that I will not be making use of Makro again
