Failure to honour promotion.

this retailer is refusing to honour a deal that was on their website, during the black friday promotion period, whilst the item was still advertised, and using an excuse that the item had sold out.

to add further insult to injury, this same item still pops up as an adverti*****t whilst on my Yahoo account.
