Failure to honour online exclusive purchase
Disappointed in Makro unable to fullfil an order i purchased. So i bought 10 items of a particular item they had online and was later contacted they could only supply me with one item. There was also no quantity restrictions on the item or another similar item offered in return when they failed to fulfil the order.
