failure to deliver online order

placed an order online on 2023-12-02 on 2023-12-04 i received an sms notifying me that my order is out for delivery, i have been waiting for my order contacted courier guy they advised me that the parcel is lost then i contacted Makro spoke to Nokuthula khole who advised me that the order is on for delivery but it was never delivered, i have been sending emails but no one is responding
