Failure to deliver grocery

For the second time I am experiencing an utter disrespect from Makro. There is absolutely no accountability with the delivery partners, they continue to allow this nonsense, I have been waiting for a delivery which was meant to be done on Saturday and today is Wednesday, there is no communication. As long as Makro has invoiced and got their money, they do not care about the customer, why is it that the delivery partners are not held to account if they do not perform as expected
