failure to deliver and very rude consultant

My name is Thandi , i placed an order on the 4th of March 2025 and up to date there is no feedback . i have sent two mails to *** and there was no answer . i called today and the lady i spoke to was sooo rude she even hanged up on me , she was refusing to give me her name and surname and confrimation that my order is cancelled - she told me that her name is nelly - i called again few minutes later and i spoke a certain getlement and she advised me that the lady i spoke to is Zethu Nogoqa, this is not acceptable , i want my order to be delivered by saturday or refund my money - ***
