Failing to fulfill warranty

Please thoroughly explain to me what the extended warranty in your fridges cover. Because I have an issue with my fridge (it cracked) and suddenly this particular issue is not covered by the warranty. What's ironic is in the same sentence your staff say they've never heard of this happening before so then how do they know it's not covered???? I'm not accepting that at all.
