Failing the keep their promise

Bought a Hisense 65 inch smart TV in November, had to return it a month later, it was repaired it stopped working again in the beginning of February and was advised that they will come collect it.

It's been 2 to 3 weeks waiting for the unit to be collected

I have sent emails for feedback, they haven't responded
