Failed to deliver, Failed to refund.

I was made to wait for over a month for 2 products that I never received(emphasis on 2 products because it shouldn’t be that much of a deal to deprived two products) , they app**** for a refund on my behalf, and now it’s been well over 10 days since the refund and I still haven’t received anything. The fact that I have to initiate the whole conversations regarding this matter is really an annoyance.
