Failed to deliver and pay Refund

Non delivery and non Refund I have bought a light online from Makro store on the 14 of July 2024 and expected delivery was 26 July 2024. Makro store failed to deliver as indicated and I had to call and cancel the order due to non delivery. On the 13 of August 2024 I received an email from Makro that thy have cancelled the order till today the 05 September I have not received the Refund. We I call to enquire I'm always told the matter is with Finance Departmen***** been more a month without getting help from Makro regarding my refund.
