Failed to comply & complete return process
I order headphones for my daughter the product did not match the description advertised,I app**** for a return online ,driver suppose to pick up and went to incorrect address claiming product was not ready for pick up , I escalated several times to customer care who has been of no help I have been charged for the product that I did not use.
