Failed refund

Bought an item and I got an email that it was called off so we should return it. Took it back in February to Makro carnival and we were told to wait for 7-10 working days for a refund but we didn’t get it. We called them more than once and they told us to send my documents which I did,more than once but I still haven’t received the refund, mind you it’s June now.
