FAILED PROMISED CALL BACKS AND NO SOLUTION FOR THE CUSTOMER
Placed and order for a birthday gift Items showed in stock Recieved no feedback on when im getting my items. Called in four times spoke to eugene/ charlotte/shapukazi and Sivuyile. Called in on friday last week spoke to tristan was promised a call back at 1pm with feeback no call back no feedback Called in today now im told the item was price under a chair on the website incorrectly when i placed an order for a micophone 5 days later im told its a incorect price for the mic and it will just be a return when the agent was rude and kept reading terms and conditions. If a item is priced incorrectly the consumer should be notified immediately not 5 days later after the customer had to call in to ask whats happening with the order.
My second item ordered is missing stuff not as advertised came in a flyer bag with no bubble wrap and box was open.
Is this what customer service has come down to.
I want the microphone provided at that price due to the service i was provided and my missing items to be sent to me.

I recived a defective item . Theres a price change and was offered to log a return its not rocket sciences to log a return waybill to collect the defective item and return my money after i had to wait more than 5 days. You guys dont want to give me the item at the price that was displayed on the website which stayed there for more than 5 days. Im not a very happy customer where your agents have not gotten back to me on email nor via telphone. The service is disgusting and your store did nothing about the situation
As you can see more people is complaining which means theres a serious problem with your staff and call center agents handling customer queries.
I suggest somone gets back to me today with answer when this waybill will be sent and when im getting my money back because you cant rectify your mistakes!. Alternative arrangement need to be made for a gift that was ruined by your store MAKRO I want my money back this week!!!!
