Failed Delivery

I ordered an Oven and Hob Box set on Makro Online on the 19th May. I was surprised to see an update that my order has been completed and that delivery was successful. I never received the items. I called Makro immediately to alert them that the items were not delivered. I was told the matter was being escalated and have bsince being given a run around with an excuse that my items will be delivered to the correct address. R8500.00 paid to Makro but I still don't have my money's worth. Im really frustrated
