Failed customer service and pathetic staff

Makro is seriously taking me for a ride . This is the 2nd complaint I’m writing still pending a refund of a purchase that took place 3 weeks ago . Then you send me an email asking me to explain the issue but I’ve been explicitly stating what the issue is more than 5 times now . It goes to show that the email wasn’t because you wanted to help but because you were alarmed by the horrible reviews of your pathetic service . Such a huge enterprise failing to refund such a small amount, imagine if it’s a big purchase then . I’m saying this for the 2nd time now that , that amount might not mean anything to you but it makes a difference in someone’s life . And don’t reply to me privately , reply in public so everyone can see your lack of customer service . If Makro Crown Mines is not willing to do what’s right then I’ll gladly come and collect my refund instore cause when people are nice to you , you take advantage . I am never ever buying from you guys again Don’t be sorry , do your ****** JoB!!!!
