F Makro - Shop elsewhere

This is a continuation of a previous post. Seems like Makro online is set on disappointing customers. Its over a week since ive received a "hopeful" call from Makros complaints department.

The call center manager, Mawethu is just as useless as the agents who work there. Please note that the call center is dimensions data, so they cannot help you with exact answers as they are only acting on behalf of makro. It seems quantity on orders are always a problem and refunds never happen.
