Extremely.unhappy and unprofessional service .

I have placed an online order with Makro for a for something that could only be ordered online. I was told 2 to 5 working days . The order was placed on Friday the 15th of March. I called on Monday to find put when my parcel will be delivered they assured by by Friday sp I changed the delivery address to my work address. I then called on Wednesday the 20th of March to make sure that they had the correct address and to inform them that I finish work at 3 on a Friday. I received a message to say that the parcel was in transit to be delivered I them called Makro again checking on what time the parcel will be delivered. The parcel was dispatch to my home address and I have waiting st work until 4pm so someone could assist me and give me some indication on when my parcel will be delivered . I then told then to deliver it to the address that I am currently and distinctly told them that we needed the parcel urgently, I am still awaiting the parcel . I called makro and they confirmed that my parcel will be delivered today . I was not able to track the parcel as it not available .
