Extremely rude guy
A very rude guy by the name of Thobatsi maahongoama Makro Crown mines. Doesn't know what customer service is and will ensure that I never come back to this store and urge people to avoid. Asked for assistance and the guy was rude in sesotho saying he doesn't understand me, I mean if you don't understand a person shouldn't you speak English as it is the official language.
