Extremely poor service from Makro - ref MAK***

I made a purchase 3 weeks ago and there has been one delay after another. Eventually I received my delivery but they sent one item short. After various calls and escalations, I still have not received my item. Makro please get your **** together, extremely poor service. You are clearly failing in the customer service department.
