Extremely Poor Service

They bot even worth a rating.Makro online is useless and so are their agents Ronny,Kamogelo,Lisa and Pretty.They couldn't update my address online or escalate my query to the correct depatment.I still haven't heard anything back.Even the legal department is uselss.I am taking them to social media to let people know how completelyuseless they are.
