Extremely poor service

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my history of online shopping.. I have placed an online order on the 22nd August and till to this date (5 September 2024) I have not received my order.. I have been calling sending email secure chat and all I get is “we will escalate your query and get back to you” ..I have requested for order cancellation and still not getting any assistance @Makro SA I am very disappointed with your service and how you treat your customers
