Extremely poor service

I ordered a barbell and dumbbell weight set online (barbell, dumbbell and 60kgs of weights). The expected TAT for delivery was 2-5 days as per my order. On day 5, after not receiving any update on my order or delivery, I called to query and was then told that there was a delay and that someone would call me with feedback. On working day 6, I received a call from someone saying that my order would be delivered the next day. The next day my order was delivered but they only delivered 2 of the weight plates (probably 2 x 2.5kg or 2 x 5kg - I left it in the box so I don't know specifically what the weight is). The lack of communication regarding my order coupled with the incompetence of getting a simple order right is, to put it mildly, frustrating and annoying.
