Extremely poor service.
Extremely poor service. Order placed on the 14 March 2019, expected delivery 22 March 2019. I am still waiting. I even paid extra for delivery. WHAT A JOKE
Email sent on the 25th March to: ********** to find out where the order was and when I can expect it.
This was a first birthday surprise present.. the only surprise was that we NEVER RECEIVED IT.
Why have items on your site that you cannot deliver, or deliver within the stipulated time frame? I would have ordered from somewhere else if I had known this. As your online target market, I can assure you, I am not impressed, and will not be returning to the online store again. This is why more and more people do not support local companies as the service received is sub standard.
