Extremely Poor Service

I am extremely disappointed with Makro's online service.

I placed an order specifically because the website clearly stated that collection would be ready the next day. However, when I arrived at the store to collect my order, it was not ready. This is unacceptable and a complete waste of my time and effort.

If Makro cannot honour its own advertised timelines, then it should not mislead customers. I regret using the online platform and will not be doing so ever!
