Extremely poor online shopping experience

Ridiculously poor online shopping experience . 1st - a simple request to change my delivery address took me at least 6 calls to achieve, and still it took the courier to have to confirm. 2. To crown it all my order was incomplete. I ordered a portable shower with 40l water bag ( because that what a shower uses !). Only to receive ONLY the tent. How useful. Never again.
