Extremely poor makro online service and customer service

Makro online orders are absolutely the worst I've experienced, it's a since I've been waiting for my items, I've called twice and sent emails, extremely poor service and communication,as I got a call for my item to be delivered as I could not answer durbto work briefing, I messaged the person, he just ignored my messages, read and never rep****, and then further sending an email saying there was no response from me, I got references, emails and messages showing the poor workmanship this company provides, the last person I spoke too, promised me that the manager will call due to the inconvenience, still never received.
