Extremely poor customer service

I am appalled by the service I received from Makro. Their customer service is non-existent. I payed an extra R2170 on my Makro credit card on the 25th of November. The payment vanished. Today is the 30th, still my account hasn't been updated. After calling the customer service almost 10 times, I eventually got hold of someone who did not help, but dropped the phone while I was still trying to explain my situation. I am disappointed at how Makro treat their customers. I regret getting their credit card. I have emailed, but no one is helping me.
