Extremely Pathetic Service from Makro

I placed an order on the 13th of February, and chose the delivery option. The order was paid for on the same day, but I am still waiting for my order. I received an email from Makro saying that my order is ready for collection, when I queried this with the customer service team they promised that the matter would be escalated and that someone would get back to me. This was 3 days ago, and no one has contacted me. The service is really pathetic. If you don't call in to find out about the status of your order, you will never know what is going on because no one at Makro bothers to call you. Unbelievably pathetic... I am so unhappy and angry at this level of service. It almost feels like *******.
