Extremely impressed

Makro had a gift box with a bottle of port plus 2 glasses advertised in their Christmas catalogue. The first day of the promotion, I went to buy 2 of these gift boxes, but the stock had not arrived. I emailed using the contact details on the website regarding this and received a response within minutes from the liquor manager advising that stock was due shortly and that when it arrived they would save me two boxes and advise. Two weeks later - I got an email advising that my boxes were in the liquor manager's office and I could collect when-ever it suited me.<br> <br> Very impressed with the response time and how this was dealt with.<br> <br> We're quick to complain, but sometimes we need to give credit where it is due.
