extremely frustrated with Makro Online and their courier DPD Laser.

I am extremely frustrated with Makro Online and their courier DPD Laser. I placed an order for a Mellerware Quartz 5 Bar Heater (Order OD***) on 20th March, which was supposed to be delivered on 27 March 2026. Today is 2 April 2026 and I am still waiting. I have been calling Makro daily since 29 March, and I was told the matter was escalated, but I have not received any clear update. I was given the courier contact number (DPD Laser) but they are not answering calls. This heater was purchased for my sick mother, especially during the recent cold and rainy weather. The lack of communication and delay is extremely disappointing. At this point I need Makro to urgently: • Deliver the heater immediately, OR • Process a full refund without further delay.
