Extremely Disappointing Service and Lack of Communication

I ordered a Nudekor headboard on the morning of January 30th, with an expected delivery date of February 10th. It is now seven days past the promised date, and not only have I not received my order, but I also have no clear explanation for the delay.

Every time I contact customer service, I receive vague and unhelpful responses that do not provide any real clarity on when or even if, I will receive my product. The tracking system? Useless! it shows no new updates, which adds to my frustration. If a company cannot meet its delivery commitments, the least they can do is communicate transparently with their customers, I'm so disappointed.
