Extremely disappointing refund process

I ordered from Makro on the 8th of December 2023. I was excited because of a previous seamless experience from order to delivery. This last order was divided into three packages. One was cancelled by Makro as there was no stock. This was refunded within a few days. The second was delivered within 2 days of the order being placed. I cancelled the third and requested a refund. I am still waiting. I have called and spoken to many agents. I have written emails and also spoken to a few people at Headquarters. It seemed like, at some point, their system recorded the refund as having been processed and at another time as having bounced back from my bank. I have provided my bank statements and bank confirmation letter a number of times. All I get is reference numbers but no money in the bank.. Sadly even though this has been outstanding for almost 3 months now, there will be no interest paid or refund for the calls and data wasted in following up... But at this point, I will be happy to get my refund which is long-overdue!
