Extremely Disappointing Experience with Marko Online Shop

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: avoid Marko online shop at all costs! I placed an order two weeks ago, and it's been a nightmare ever since.

Every day, I call their customer service, and the response is always the same: "We've escalated the matter." But despite their assurances, I've received zero timely updates about my order or delivery.

The lack of communication and transparency is appalling. It's clear that Marko is not prioritizing their customers' needs. I demand better service, and I hope others do too.

Unless Marko seriously improves their customer service and order fulfillment, I would not recommend them to anyone.

My order number is MAK*** still waiting for my delivery.

I hope Marko takes my feedback seriously and takes immediate action to resolve my issue and improve their overall service.

Unfortunately even the emails you keep sending me have not reached me now I have to wait months for my refund because I don't now have proof of this cancellation.. One thing that remains a fact is that your online services is absolutely atrocious!
