Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I was clearly advised that my online order would be delivered today, so I waited the entire day in anticipation. Not only did the delivery not arrive, but when I contacted the driver, I was told he was busy with other deliveries and would be returning my order to the store.

This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for the customer’s time and commitment. There was no communication, no update, and no apology, just poor service and zero accountability.

If this is the standard of service being offered, I will seriously reconsider placing any future orders. I expected better.
