Extremely disappointed with my experience with Makro

My order was delayed without any proper communication, and even after requesting a refund, I have not received the level of communication or assistance I expected. It is extremely frustrating having to constantly follow up just to get updates regarding an order and now my refund.

At this point, I simply want my refund processed promptly and without any further delays. I sincerely hope Makro does not make the refund process as frustrating as the order process has been.

If my refund is not processed, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer-protection channels and open a formal complaint. I would much rather have this resolved directly and professionally with Makro.

This experience has completely changed my view of the company. I will not be purchasing from Makro again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Going forward, I would rather stick to Takealot and other reliable retailers that provide better communication, dependable service, and a more professional customer experience.

Very disappointing and definitely not the standard of service I expected.
