Extremely Disappointed - Unfulfilled Delivery Since December 6th

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the appalling service I have received regarding my delivery. I placed an order with Makro on December 6th, and as of today, I have STILL not received my packages. Each time I contact your customer service team, I am promised that the delivery will happen soon. However, this promise has proven to be nothing more than empty words, and I am left with no actual resolution or accountability from your team. The lack of communication and failure to fulfil your commitments is completely unacceptable. I have been patient and understanding up until now, but this situation has become absolutely intolerable. I demand an immediate explanation for the delay, a firm delivery date, and the assurance that this issue will be rectified promptly. I expect a swift and concrete resolution to this matter—no more empty promises.
