Extremely Disappointed – No Delivery, No Communication from Makro

I bought an AAM Pull Out Kitchen Mixer Tap from Makro on 25 March 2026, with delivery promised for 31 March.

It’s now 1 April and I still haven’t received my order. No communication, no updates—nothing.

My order has been stuck on “Ready to Ship” since 26 March, and I’ve already paid in full.

This is unacceptable service.

Immediate update Delivery date Explanation for the delay Very disappointed customer. Makro needs to sort this out urgently.
