Extremely Disappointed – Faulty PS5 and Poor Packaging

I purchased a PS5 from Makro and received a unit that was clearly not in proper condition. The packaging looked like it had already been opened, which was my first concern. When I switched on the console, it immediately showed a “database *******ed” error. I attempted to rebuild the database multiple times, but the PS5 just restarts and shows the same error again. The device is completely unusable. For such an expensive product, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I expected better quality control from Makro. I now have a faulty console straight out of the box.
